Welcome to the Splash web site where you can find out about the services we offer and take a look at our facilities. Splash is situated between Basingstoke and Newbury on the Hampshire/Berkshire borders and is easily accessible from both the M3 and M4 motorways.

We offer hydrotherapy courses for all dogs and puppies to improve their health, mobility, fitness levels, for weight loss or just for fun. Our aim is to improve the physical and mental well-being of the dogs that come to us and the welfare of your dog is foremost at all times.

It is well documented that hydrotherapy can help with many medical conditions.  It offers non-weight bearing exercise in heated water which can assist those recovering from injury or surgical procedures, suffering from orthopaedic problems and many medical conditions.  Some conditions that have benefited from hydrotherapy include:

CDRM Hip and elbow dysplasia Osteoarthritis

Nerve damage Muscle, tendon and ligament injuries Cruciate repairs

I have completed a training course at the renowned Hawksmoor Hydrotherapy Centre in Warwickshire, currently the only accredited training centre in the UK, and a First Aid course for cats and dogs at Sparsholt College near Winchester.

I have experienced the benefits of hydrotherapy first hand with my own dogs for many years – one with CDRM, another with radial nerve damage and the latest with ruptured collateral ligaments in her shoulder.  Their quality of life was greatly improved with hydrotherapy.
